Pre-installment for student room - Needed for 6th September

Hello,

My name is Jason and I am a university student in their final year. I am experiencing difficulties with general finances and have a high chance of facing homelessness tomorrow (6th September).

My tenancy ends tomorrow and the only other student accomodation that can offer me a room requires a pre-installment fee of £522. However, I do not recieve my student loan until the end of September, and the student accomodation isn't willing to wait that long for a payment.

I am estranged from family and have no other support options. I have tried to call the council in my area multiple times and they have failed to help me.

I graduate from university in January. However, I won't be able to finish if I don't have a place to stay.

For further clarification, I have been trying to find a place since the beginning of summer and have had no luck. I have been turned away because I am still a student, and other places charge rent that is well beyond my budget range.
