Pregnant and Jobless: Alex Needs Your Help

Hi! My name is Alex. I’m 21 and soon to be a mother. My baby dad just dipped out on me and is refusing to pay his lease. In early February, I was fired from my job due to being pregnant. This was a day after signing a lease for my house. All the income I had made went straight to the house, paying the security deposit and the first month's rent. I’ve been searching for jobs since the day I was fired and have done an interview each week since being fired. Unfortunately, trying to get a job while actively pregnant hasn’t been easy or effective. I have WIC and EBT cash assistance, but I only get $80 a month as of right now. I can’t afford to pay my next 9 months of rent and utility bills and the cost of child. My only income is that $80 a month.
