Assist Emily: Pregnant, Homeless, and Hopeful

Hey everyone! Emily here. In December I found myself single, homeless, and pregnant. I am working on getting into an apartment through a women’s shelter but I’m just starting to catch up on my bills that slipped while I was having trouble finding work.

For those of you who don’t know me, I’m Emily. I’m 33 years old, a lover of all things creative and bookish, I have AuDHD, and I dream of becoming a health coach and art therapist.

Right now my main focus is making sure I stay healthy and find a steady and safe place to live. in 2023 I was married and had two miscarriages so this pregnancy is especially intimidating, since I deal with chronic illness on top of it all and I’m considered high risk.

Your donations will help me get into my apartment, get the necessities to cook and clean, and help me pay bills as I continue to look for more steady work (my current job is only two days a week), and try to begin schooling online for health coaching.
