Hello, my name is Jamie Perkins. On behalf of family and friends, we have created this fundraising effort to support the family of Brett Mueller.

Life can change in a second and on the morning of December 26, 2023, it did for The Mueller Family. Brett was involved in a horrific automobile accident near Harrisburg, PA. He is currently in ICU with severe head trauma on a ventilator. We ask that everyone please pray for him. Pray for healing and pray for recovery. Please also pray for his Mom, Dad, and his twin sister Brianna for strength.

The thought of June, Kirk and Brianna having to travel 3 1/2 hours to get to the hospital not knowing what they were going to be told about Brett’s condition is excruciating. Upon their arrival, to see their 19 year old son and brother lying there non responsive is something no parent or sibling should ever have to bare. As of December 28th, his condition remains the same. Upon speaking with his doctors, there is no timeline of what to expect in the days, weeks or months to come.

This family will need help and they are the last people in this world that would ever ask for it, so we are on their behalf. A commute from Pittsburgh to Harrisburg everyday is not realistic and not an option given his critical condition. They left Pittsburgh with the clothes on their back wasting no time to get to his bedside. The expenses they are going to endure over the next several weeks possibly months to cover cost of housing, meals, medical expenses, hospital parking and other necessary essential things they will need will quickly become overwhelming financially. Also, considering the time they will not be able to work.

We hope by creating this fundraising effort it will help minimize the financial burden so June, Kirk and Brianna can focus completely on Brett’s medical care and medical needs.
