PrayGo fundraisers needed - Crowdfunder Launch ❤️

Would you like to help more people pray as they go about their day?

Then you could be part of developing the new PrayGo app.

We need to raise £50k to develop the final stage of the app and we need your help to raise the money. We are inviting big investors to donate £1,000 each, but we are also keen to invite individuals and groups to get involved to raise money, because it's amazing what can be achieved when people get together.

The first 50 to give or raise £1,000 will get a free 'PrayGo Virtual Noticeboard' for the church or cathedral of your choice on the PrayGo App. Your chosen church will also be in the initial launch phase of this innovative app.

There are a million ideas of how to raise money as a group; you could hold a coffee morning, or a craft sale; you could run a marathon or walk up Ben Nevis (other climbs are available). But how about something a little different.... A prayer walk.

We are inviting you to organise a sponsored prayer walk for PrayGo. Not only will you hopefully raise funds for the project, but you will bless everyone on your prayer walk with your prayers.

You could walk near your church and pray for your community, or around your local town centre and pray for the businesses, or by the sea or through forests praying for the natural world. You can walk wherever you like, praying as you go.

Take photos on your walks and post them on the PrayGo FB page or Instagram page. We'd love to see what you are doing and what you've been up to for PrayGo and raising funds.

WHAT IS PRAYGO?

Imagine Pokemon Go for prayers...

I can go on a walk and post a prayer-request on an augmented reality map where I am.

You can go on a walk, discover my prayer-request. You pray, tap the Amen button and I see that I have been prayed for.

It's all anonymous and safe.

Churches will host noticeboards on PrayGo and I can choose to connect with a church when I post my prayer-request - if I ask them to contact me they will be able to contact me and offer pastoral support.

As a user, I am in control - I can choose to be anonymous or I can choose to connect with a church. Other users' Amens show me I have been prayed for. A door is opened to God. And a door might be opened for connection with others.

PrayGo Trust is a Christian charity (set up as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation or CIO) developing technology platforms to promote and facilitate prayer and connecting people through prayer.

We are developing an exciting smartphone app and web-based platform using augmented reality which will enable people to place and find prayer requests, interact with their physical environment and connect with others through engaging with prayer in a safe and fun way.
