Hi, my name is Stephanie. My daughter Samie suffered serotonin syndrome from her anti depressant which led to cardiac arrest on October 19, 2021. She was only 15 at the time. She was in cardiac arrest for approximately 15 minutes before her heart started beating again. Samie now has a severe anoxic brain injury. We have found that our medical system does not support proven none pharmaceutical treatments that will help treat her condition that will give her the best chance of recovery. We are asking for help to acquire the funds for hyperbaric oxygen therapy at this time. We are also reaching out to functional medicine doctors that specialize in brain injury recovery. All of this is not covered by insurance and comes with a very hefty price tag. We are reaching out to help with the enormous cost of all of this and thank you for any help you can provide.
