From the desk of Rio Sirah, the brother of Slimm Pusha, in hopes of clarifying and informing you on Slimm Pusha's situation:
On August 26th, Slimm was found at the bottom of his pool at his apartment. A possible heart failure while swimming is speculated to be the cause. His heart has started to function better, but he is currently suffering lung and kidney complications in ICU.
Out of respect for Slimm, his family, and his music, we ask that you post this, and only this as your token of love for Slimm Pusha. Pray for him, but please don't pray out of guilt, blame, hurt, pain, or in the spirit of memorializing him. Instead, pray in the spirit of GRATITUDE and THANKS. Play his music, dance where ever you are, raise the volume in the streets, in your cars, and in your homes and celebrate, because Slimm Pusha is going to be alright.
