Dan Suess was born to help others. His heart truly fulfilled by serving people and the Lord.

On May 15, 2017 while vacationing, Dan along with his wife, and her best friend were walking back to the car after some time at the beach. Dan fell to the ground and suffered a major heart attack. He was completely grey with no pulse. His odds of survival were 1 in 100. Incredibly, a nearby couple and off duty paramedic performed lifesaving CPR and a defibrillator was used to bring him back to life, then he was rushed in an ambulance to Maui Medical Hospital.

Dan continues to be hospitalized while receiving 24 hour care in the Intensive Care Unit. He is still heavily sedated and remains on life support as the doctors and nurses work diligently towards his recovery.

His wife and four children stand by anxiously awaiting positive progress with each passing day.

Dan's medical bills are mounting every day and his wife will be away from work during the long recovery ahead.
