This Go Fund Me account has been set up by the friends of Jo Yates. While Jo is at UAB, we would like to show her family the love of Christ by assisting the family with the various expenses involved in relocating to Birmingham so they can continue to be as close to Jo as possible during this time. The money will be used for parking fees, hotel/lodging, food, gas, etc.
No amount is too little and if you are not able to donate... everyone is able to pray! The family has only asked for prayer during this time but if you would like to serve them beyond prayer with a financial gift, it would be immensely appreciated! On the afternoon of September 15, 2014, Jo Yates suffered from a heart attack and was admitted to the hospital in critical condition. She was placed on a ventilator and admitted to the ICU. There was a lot of damage done to the heart, but the doctors did not find any blockage. Jo was placed on medications to help keep her calm but there was complications trying to find the correct medication regimen to keep her calm but also keep her blood pressure within range. On September 16, 2014 around 2:30 Jo was transported to UAB via ambulance. She is currently at UAB along with her family. Please continue to pray for healing for her body, peace for her mind, knowledge for the doctors, and an overwhelming realm of love and support for her family.
