Prayers to Save Maisie!

On October 24th 2016, Maisie Romaine Voluntarily entered the hospital to undergo a treatment called IL2. The purpose for this treatment was to attempt to rid her body of kidney cancer. This was her only hope at a chance of living her life without cancer. Maisie's first few days went really good, she was handling the treatment well and was very hopeful that she would be able to finish the treatment which consists of 14 doses administered over a week. The treatment is very dangerous. Out of 400 people treated 7% have been cured. One man made it through all 14 doses and one woman made it to dose 10. On October 27th Maisie was on her 9th dose of treatment and went into cardiac arrest. On the 29th she was put on life support. Maisie continues to fight for her life with her family by her side! On the 6th of November Maisie woke up and was talking, and communicating normally. The doctors were able to take her off the breathing machine and things were looking better. The following evening Maisie went into cardiac arrest three times and had to be put back on life support. Since the 29th she has gone into cardiac arrest many times, but she continues to fight! She has awoken her self up out of sedation to try and communicate with us, she is a fighter! We ask that you please help however you can. We set up this account for Maisie to help pay for the medical expenses that her insurance wont cover. Please say a prayer for strength for Maisie Romaine! Thank you so very much from the bottoms of our hearts!
