Support Baby Zariah’s NICU Journey
Our daughter Zariah was born on February 9th, 2026, at just 27 weeks and 1 day gestation. Her arrival was sudden and unexpected after I was rear-ended in a car accident, which caused me to go into premature labor. What should have been many more weeks of pregnancy quickly turned into an early fight for our baby’s life.
Zariah is now in the NICU, where she is receiving incredible care from doctors and nurses who are helping her grow stronger every day. Premature babies are amazingly resilient, but the journey can be long and filled with many ups and downs. We celebrate every small milestone — every ounce gained, every good report, and every step closer to the day we can finally bring her home.
While we are incredibly thankful for the care Zariah is receiving, a premature birth also brings many unexpected challenges. Along with the emotional stress of having a baby in the NICU, we are facing significant medical expenses and the costs that come with caring for a premature baby. We are spending as much time as possible at the hospital supporting Zariah through this critical time.
We are asking for help to ease some of the financial burden during this journey. Any donations will go toward:
• NICU and medical expenses
• Travel and parking for daily hospital visits
• Baby supplies needed when Zariah is ready to come home
• Any additional care or needs related to prematurity
If you are able to donate, share our story, or keep Zariah in your prayers, it would mean so much to our family. Every bit of support helps us focus on what matters most — being there for our little girl as she continues to fight and grow stronger each day.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness, generosity, and prayers for baby Zariah ♥️
With gratitude,
Brandan & McKenna DeVault
