Our family is going through an incredibly difficult time after my brother, Anthony, was involved in a serious car accident on Saturday morning. While we are still waiting for full details on what happened, what we do know is that his injuries were severe. He has already undergone major abdominal surgery and is currently recovering in the ICU. In the coming days, he is also expected to undergo facial surgery for multiple facial fractures. In addition to his other injuries, he sustained a small fracture in his spine. However, we are grateful to share that he does have sensation in his legs and is expected to walk. Through it all, my brother has shown incredible strength and endurance, which my family has held onto as source of hope during this time.

While we would much rather be celebrating his 29th birthday on February 10th at home, we are deeply grateful to have him still here with us. We thank God for protecting his life and for the incredible medical team that has been caring for him with such compassion and skill. We are also overwhelmed by the love, prayers, and messages of support from friends, family, and loved ones.

Anthony is someone who cares so much for others. He is a talented musician and and is deeply involved in our community, always bringing people together through music, creativity, and kindness. Seeing the support he’s received is a true reflection of the impact he’s had on so many lives.
