Prayers, Strength, & Healing for Jonathan & Dara

Hi, my name's Dara and I'm fundraising for my fiance, Jonathan.

The night of July 16th 2021 our lives changed forever. Jonathan, 27, had been shot and medevacked to the nearest hospital with extensive injuries. He was in critical condition and spent 4 nights in the Intensive Care Unit. He's stable now, however, has a long road of physical therapy and rehabilitation ahead of him. His T5 vertebrae was shattered and spinal cord damaged. The bullet also grazed his lung which caused it to collapse. We hope for him to be transferred to Roper St. Francis for their special spine division.

Please donate to help with medical expenses and equipment. Our home will have to be modified to assist Jonathan as he adjust to his new way of living. 

Jonathan has a passion for cars and can rebuild a motor in a matter of hours. He's a dedicated and hard working man who has made me happier than I have ever been. August 18th will make our seventh year anniversary. Jonathan has always supported me in my endeavors and through troublesome times, in return I wish to be able to support him through this difficult time in our lives. Our future will have many hurdles and obstacles for us to overcome, but we have faith we will get through it together and stronger than ever. The obstacles ahead will delay our future, it will not define it!
