What I would like is for you to pray for me, add me to your prayer chains at church and bible studies or prayer groups, etc....Pray specifically for my Pulmonology appointment in Rapid City on the 30th of this month. (June) There are some changes on a CT scan of my lungs from a year ago and I am very concerned with what is going on with them.
My last 14 months have been a medical nightmare that started with a trip to the Emergency Room on April 1st, 2024 and hasn't ended.
Here is a brief rundown of the last 14 months:

4 trips to an Emergency Room
40 Dr. Office visits
80+ Blood Tests
30 different medications prescribed to me (2 bad reactions)

Cryo-Ablation of my Heart for AFIB
CTIFF Surgery (Concomitant Transoral Incisionless Fundoplication)
Adrenalectomy for a tumor on my adrenal gland (Pending lung results)
Hysteroscopy to remove mass in uterus (was benign)

Ugh...now you would think after all of this I should be done doctoring, And I thought I was, until recently my hands started to swell and we started a deep dive into what was causing it. which now has lead me to a rheumatologist to figure out if an Autoimmune disease is the cause. My first thoughts were.....Hmmm....what could be causing an autoimmune situation. Could it be the 7 times I was under anesthesia within a 9 month period.... or maybe the 30 different medications my body has had in it over the past 14 months. Is this the missing puzzle piece the doctors have been looking for? With so many strange medical issues going on which seemed unrelated to each other. Does the umbrella of Autoimmune disease CONNECT the DOTS??? how long will it take and how many more blood tests will I need to do to get some answers. I have been a huge mystery for all of my specialists. They use words like "Rare" "Unusual" "Haven't seen this before" "Read about it once in the medical journal" They all have been scratching their heads trying their best to figure out this medical nightmare. I am hoping and praying this will all be over soon and I can be back in my flower shop!!!
