Don protégé
Deveron Paris, July 9, 1974 to Feb. 2, 2018. Deveron passed away unexpectedly on Friday while at work. In order, he was a son, a brother, a significant other, a father, a friend to many, and more.
As many of you know, Deveron spent the last 13 years of his life with Kim Marshal Taveras. Deveron and Kim shared a love that many will never know or experience. He truly was Kim’s soulmate and treated her like a queen. Deveron stepped up to the plate as a stepfather to Jen (14) and Livi (7). And, he and Kim had Niki 4 years ago. Whoever coined the phrase “Daddy’s girl” knew what they were talking about! Deveron was a great dad to all three children.
His other interests included the Boston Red Sox, the Miami Dolphins, and the USF Bulls. He also enjoyed taking the girls to Chuck E. Cheese and the Florida State Fair.
Deveron was devoted to his family. He will be missed by so many. The next several days will be the most difficult. The next several months will be hard too. Please help Kim as she is going through the darkest period of her life. Kim will return to work as soon as she is up to it. In the meantime, can we all come together and donate any amount of $ to help her through the next few weeks/months.
