Help Support Joe Harrelson After Emergency Surgery

Hi everyone,

I wanted to reach out and share what’s been happening. Recently, I had to call 911 and was rushed to Catawba Valley Hospital, then transferred to Wake Forest in Winston-Salem for emergency surgery due to a bowel obstruction. This was completely unexpected, and I’ve now been in the hospital for over a week recovering.

My recovery has been difficult, and my stomach is still extremely sore. I’m not sure how much longer I’ll be in the hospital or when I’ll be able to return to work. On top of that, my wife Lesley has been making daily trips back and forth to the hospital to support me, which has added to our expenses.

We are asking for any help you might be able to give to help cover medical bills, travel costs, and household expenses while I recover. Every donation, no matter the size, means the world to us, and even sharing this fundraiser would be a huge help.
