Giovanna Hill was born with a very rare life threatening disease called CNF ( Congenital Nephrotic of the Finnish Type). Her kidneys have completely shut down. She has been on peritoneal dialysis for a year now. With the hopes of her dad giving her a kidney within the next few months. This week she went into heart failure due to complications from her disease. She was not expected to make it. She is currently still in heart failure but is stable at this moment.
