UPDATE (12/26/2020) (from Callie’s family): Callie is awake and showing improvement. We are not sure yet what her recovery timeframe will be, but we are so thankful she is alive. She is breathing on her own and moving and talking. Thank you so much for all your prayers and support—it means so much to our family. Please continue to pray for Callie’s recovery. 

Our friend Callie Ashford went unexpectedly into cardiac arrest on December 23rd. Those with her worked tirelessly to keep her heart beating until the ambulance could arrive. She is currently fighting for her life in the ICU and is in critical condition.

A devoted single mother with three beautiful children, Callie is a business owner and a wonderful friend. Those of us lucky enough to know her are endeavoring to raise money to help with medical expenses and the continued support of her children while Callie fights for her life. This is an awful time of year to go through such a trial, but we know Callie can pull through.  If you can, please support her family through this challenge.
