Prayers for Alina Rose

Alina Rose Befus was born on August 14, 2021 at 11:58pm weighing 2 lbs 11oz and is 14.5 inches long. Arriving at only 27 weeks, this sweet little miracle’s journey has been complicated. Alina has contracted Necrotizing enterocolitis. It is a serious gastrointestinal problem that mostly affects premature babies. The condition inflames intestinal tissue, causing it to die. Alina has been on antibiotics, had a blood transfusion and surgery and things still aren’t improving. Tyler and Lindsay are now facing the difficult decisions that come with preparing this little rainbow baby for palliative care.

Tyler and Lindsay are two of the hardest working dispatchers Colorado has. I’m asking for donations for this family, so they can take time off of work to heal and grieve in their own time. Please pray for them, as well as their daughters Amelia, Ava and Alina. If you cannot donate, please share and lift them up in prayer.
