Scott (age 41) is currently undergoing heart surgery to repair/replace both valves due to the severity of his condition from heart enlargement and mitral valve prolapse. He is the sole provider for a family of 4 (Gennie May his wife and 2 young children, Felicity & Tobie). Scott will be out of work and on medical leave for 2 months with a total of 6-8 months recovery period.

The Cumming's family is humbly asking for encouragement and support through prayer and monetary donations. The finances will go towards daily necessities such as rent, utilities, and food as well as medical co-pays that are not covered by insurance.

The family is opting out of a "meal train" at this time due to many unknown variables with their unpredictable schedule (as Gennie May will be at the hospital with Scott and unsure when they will be home to receive meals) and also due to complex dietary needs (depending on what foods Scott is allowed to eat post-op and the kids' allergies).
