As many of us know, our fellow Triad Core employee, Richard Weeks, was diagnosed with lung cancer in October. Despite his strength and determination, Richard faced immense challenges, including a hospitalization for double pneumonia on top of his cancer diagnosis.

In November, doctors were able to remove tumors from his esophagus and lung. Unfortunately, the cancer returned and progressed far more aggressively than anyone anticipated.

Richard passed away last night, and his loss is deeply felt by all who knew him. He was a devoted husband, loving father, and a valued coworker and friend. His kindness, work ethic, and presence will be greatly missed.

Richard leaves behind his wife, Vikki Weeks, who is also a Triad Core employee, as well as their daughter Heather Harley and son-in-law Aaron Harley. This fundraiser has been created to support Richard’s family during this incredibly difficult time, helping to ease the financial burden of medical expenses, funeral arrangements, and time away from work as they grieve.
