Hello! My name is Caitlin Hopper, and I am Carly Thierry's older sister. I am starting this fundraiser for Caleb, Carly, and baby Emmet Thierry. Emmet was admitted to Children's Mercy Hospital on March 23rd, 2025, and is still currently hospitalized with no discharge date in sight as of 4/1/2025. I am going to share a long update of their entire situation below under the "Updates" section. Ultimately, we wanted to start this to share Emmet's story and ask for prayers for Emmet, Caleb, Carly, and Emmet's care team. We know prayers are invaluable, and Caleb and Carly immensely appreciate everyone praying for them. I will use this platform to share updates on Emmet as appropriate. Although we know God will provide, I want to try and take any financial stress off of the Thierry family at this time if we can. Caleb is the primary source of income and has been off of work now for a few weeks and is not sure when he will be able to return based on Emmet's condition. There is absolutely no obligation for anyone to donate, but every donation is very much appreciated. Ultimately, as I said, we ask for everyone to be praying for the Thierry family and for Emmet to be healed.
