UPDATE 3/2
Marisa was up for a little bit on Saturday. She tired out very fast and went to bed Saturday afternoon and has not been up since physical therapy came in to try to work with her with no luck. She had a very restless night last night with body movement we are praying hard every day that she starts making some progress.

UPDATE 2/27
marisa is VERY combative will not leave any tubes in for her medication or to feed her they had to put gloves on her she keeps hitting and punching g staff and doesn’t realize what she’s doing then will fall right back under. She will be put back under in ICU if this last attempt to get her feeding tube does not work. The Dr and team said they will be doing more scans on the brain as this is not a good thing for her to be doing but we know she can’t control it

UPDATE- Marisa had her MRI her c6 is badly compressed so she needs to stay in the neck brace she still is not urinating on her own so they have to use the tube to drain it and are talking about a feeding tube being put in. They put her on her side and are trying to get her back relief (pic posted)

UPDATE**
still unresponsive there is a little leg movement and fingers moving her broken collar bone and broken shoulder they have to keep the morphine going

My name is Tiffany. I am the mother of Marisa who is 17 years of age. Marisa was involved in a vehicle accident that rolled several times and she was ejected not only was the vehicle trashed. She is in very serious condition on life support but she is alive and we are hoping to see some progress with x-rays and CAT scans and everything that they are doing at Children’s Hospital as of now, she has blood on her brain with an air pocket a blown eardrum to collapse lungs broken ribs. Collarbone is broken two places and her shoulder is snapped. She does have facial trauma also And she is on a ventilator. She is in very serious condition. She just started her first real job about a month ago making subs, which is a perfect job for somebody her age trying to finish school up. We never expected at four in the morning to get the phone call That she was ejected from the vehicle and they had drones and they were searching for her. Thank God, they found her, got her to the hospital and got her on the ventilator. She was transported by ambulance as the helicopter could not fly because it was too foggy to Children’s Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin Sadly at a time like this we are asking for any kind of donation or a prayer she will be having surgery on her shoulder to start with as soon as she can breathe on her own and then many more surgeries to follow to get her little broken bones fixed up it has been continuous, CAT scans x-rays, and blood work all day long. I think this is a family‘s worst nightmare please if you cannot donate. Can you please share with a vehicle being totaled We are trying to make other means to drive back-and-forth as we have other children at home. The money that is raised will go towards Marisa‘s ambulance ride and all of her medical if you cannot donate a prayer means just as much to us
