To know my amazing step momma is to love her. Kathleen has dedicated her entire life to caring for and loving those around her with her whole heart. With close to 30 years in nursing, there are so many people whose lives she has helped save, and now she needs help.

First and foremost, she needs prayers now more than ever. Kathleen fell ill on February second and has not been home since. We truly don’t know what happened to cause the major issues that she’s going through right now, and I’m choosing not to go into detail for the privacy of my family.

With Kathleen being off work since the day that she was hospitalized, I am asking for support to help keep up on the regular monthly bills and soon-to-be astronomical hospital bills coming my father’s way. They currently have my 15-year-old brother and 14-year-old nephew living at home, and being a single-income family was never something that they anticipated. My dad is missing work to make sure that someone is there to advocate for Kathy, but that means a pay cut due to fewer hours.

I know that times are hard, and if you can’t contribute financially, that’s ok, but PLEASE take a moment out of your day to pray for her health and for peace for my family.
