Prayers and Support for Jeremiah Taculod

Jeremiah Taculod is bravely battling autoimmune encephalitis, a rare and serious condition where the immune system attacks the brain, causing severe inflammation. This can lead to memory loss, confusion, seizures, speech difficulties, movement problems, and changes in behavior or consciousness.

Jeremiah’s condition has worsened — he is currently in a coma, and the next 3 days are critical. Doctors emphasize that this period is vital: timely treatment could determine whether his brain begins to heal or suffers irreversible damage.

This unexpected and painful journey has placed a heavy emotional and financial burden on our family, especially with rising medical expenses. Yet through it all, we continue to trust in God’s power to heal and provide. We hold firmly to God’s promise that He is our healer, our provider, and our strength.

He has been admitted to MetroDocs Hospital in Cainta, Philippines since November 11, and we are raising funds to cover intensive care, emergency treatments, and hospital expenses. Every donation and prayer will directly help Jeremiah in this fight.

Currently, daily medications start at ₱6,000 ($102USD), and sometimes the cost is even higher, nursing fees start at ₱10,000($170USD) per day, with emergency IV treatments possibly reaching ₱50,000($850USD) per day. The hospital bill has already reached ₱300,000($5,100USD) and continues to grow. We are raising funds to help cover these urgent medical expenses and give Jeremiah the care he desperately needs.
