Hello my name is Matthew Sorrells. I am making this fundraiser for my dad Jason Sorrells.

He is having to have two medical procedures. One of them will be having to have part of his left foot amputated.

We are asking for help with the medical expenses but if not prayers are much needed and are very welcomed.
