Hello friends and family,

My name is Jimmy Dorner, On October 5th, my brother Jacob Fleig was critically injured in an accident while on vacation with his fiancée on the Amalfi Coast in Italy. During this time, in the ICU, he has undergone numerous life saving procedures and surgeries. Currently, our main priority is getting him medically stable and strong enough to be transported back to America where he can continue with future surgeries, therapy, and ongoing care.

Jacob is a light in every life he encounters. His joyous, humorous, and charismatic personality are the first things everyone notices about him. Jacob has persevered through many adversities in life and has always come out a stronger man.

On behalf of my brother, I am asking for your support, generosity, and prayers; to help with medical bills, medical transport back to the US, and assistance with his care and recovery.
