On the morning of December 19 my little brother and his cousin were in a terrible car accident while on their way to work. They were struck by a reckless driver, speeding and flashing his lights as he dashed through a red light, officers suspect they were under the influence but we are waiting on results. My cousin Jesus (Gordo) who had multiple broken bones is thankfully back home and on the road to recovery.

My little brother, only 22 years old is fighting his heart out in recovery. He has suffered very serious brain trauma along with other internal injuries. Fran is currently staying at Encompass Regab. Francisco is undergoing 3 separate hours of therapy everyday to regain functions like the ability to walk, talk, eat and more. He has been doing amazing and surprising us each week but he still has a very long road to recovery ahead. 

I’m asking for help to support my brother in this tough time. Any form of support helps, even if it’s just keeping Franny in your thoughts and in your prayers. We need as much love and support as possible right now.

Multiple doctors said Francisco would not be able to live without a breathing tube and a comatose state was what we could realistically expect. He is a miracle and a testament that with faith and a strong will to live, anything is possible.
