Prayers and Support for Efrem's Healing

My name is Efrem and at this time it's hard to make medical payments because of the economy. I work with a bad right knee, but God's words strengthens and comforts me when I'm in pain. I've lost love ones and I have found love, but I try to take care of my issues I'm going through with prayer, but God knows the hearts of men and he knows my heart. I need a little help right now from family and friends if possible. I know at some point I will have to get a knee replacement. Please keep me in your prayers.
