My name is Emily and I’ve created this go fund me for my cousin Chase Henry and his family during this time of uncertainty.

On Thursday, Chase went into cardiac arrest. He is now in the ICU in Owensboro, KY.

His family needs your help. Most importantly they need your prayers for a miracle. Secondary they could use help with all the unknown expenses at this time.
