As some of you know, Chad is in the hospital for heart complications. He has two tests today for his heart and seizures. He is currently without medical insurance and his medical bills are increasing day by day. He will need help covering his prescriptions until his medical coverage becomes active. One of his medications costs $3,000 per month.

If anyone knows Chad, then we know he has a very difficult time asking for any help with funds or just help in general.
