On November 25th, we received the worst news: my brother Chad Coffman was at a side job in the city…Shenandoah and Jefferson st doing what he loves. An unknown person or persons came up behind him and beat him nearly to death. A neighbor heard someone screaming to stop and call 911. Chad was rushed to the hospital and then to surgery. He had a blood clot so large that it pushed the right side of his brain to the left side of his head, leaving him with half of his skull removed. Hopefully, they'll put it back in 2 to 3 months. Chad has to learn how to read, write, and so much more again. He will start cognitive rehab on Friday. The damage is just unbelievable. I need all my friends to please pray for our family and Chad. He has a long road to recovery. We are just thankful he's still with us!
