I'm sharing this on behalf of Melissa and Dylan Mowday, the most incredible humans and parents to their daughters, Sophia and Isabella. They were overjoyed to learn they were expecting a baby boy, James Matthew, but their world shifted when he was diagnosed with Trisomy 18 — a life-limiting condition.

They're now facing the heartbreaking uncertainty of whether James will be stillborn or how much time they'll have with him once he arrives. On top of their emotional journey, Dylan was unexpectedly let go from his job, and they have now had to purchase individual health insurance, which is another added expense.

They've already incurred thousands of dollars in medical expenses for specialists and high-risk prenatal care, with even more to come. If you're able to help, any support would mean the world to the Mowdays as they navigate this incredibly difficult time.
