What started as a complaint of a headache quickly turned into AJ losing consciousness and being rushed to the emergency room. That ER visit suddenly became something no one could have prepared for. After doctors performed a CT scan, doctors discovered a mass on his brain that required immediate emergency surgery.

By the grace of God, AJ made it through surgery successfully. ❤️

Everything happened so suddenly and completely turned our family upside down. We are still processing all of this and humbly ask for your prayers. While we are incredibly thankful AJ is here and fighting, his recovery journey will take time, patience, and around-the-clock support.

His parents have remained by his side in the hospital 24/7 while also trying to care for their two other children and manage everyday responsibilities and bills back home. Before this, both worked full-time jobs, but right now their focus is fully on AJ and being present for him every step of the way.

UPDATE: AJ recovered and was no longer critical. GOD answered our prayers. However human error overshadowed all, and one error, took AJ away from us. The doctors could not fix the mistake.
