Two weeks ago, Amber and Aaron’s world changed in an instant.

Aaron was Life Flighted to Dallas Medical, where doctors delivered the devastating news of a leukemia diagnosis. Since then, his battle has become even more critical. He has suffered a stroke and a brain bleed, and he is currently 100% dependent on a ventilator. Every single day is filled with urgent decisions, constant prayer, and hope for healing.

Amber has not left his side.

While standing strong for her husband in Dallas, she is also making the exhausting commute back and forth to Longview to care for their daughters — trying to be both mom and anchor in the middle of unimaginable uncertainty. Aaron is unable to work, and Amber is doing what contract work she can, but without steady income the financial strain is quickly building.

Medical crises don’t pause everyday life. There are hotel stays near the hospital, gas for constant travel, meals on the go, household bills, and the daily expenses of caring for their girls.

We are starting this GoFundMe to lift some of that burden so Amber can focus on what matters most — being present for Aaron and their daughters during this fight.
