Prayers and Memory for Jacoby

In loving memory of Jacoby Blake, who was an enthusiastic and loving son. Jacoby Joseph Blake departed from us suddenly on Oct 19, 2021. Jacoby was fun-loving, athletic, and had many friends in the Fargo/Moorhead community. We had 13 wonderful and unforgettable years with Jacoby. Jacoby had a history of mental illness and his family dedicated their lives to helping him. Jacoby leaves behind his dad, mom, and twin brother Jalen. We ask for your support to send Jacoby off in a way that keeps his memory alive. Donations will be truly appreciated and help us heal from the loss of our son.
