Hi everyone. Our family is facing an incredibly difficult and heartbreaking time. As some of you may know, my sister-in-law Melissa is a breast cancer survivor of 5 years. After believing that chapter was behind her, we are devastated to learn that her cancer has returned and is now at Stage 4.

At the same time, they are caring for their daughter, who has spina bifida and recently underwent a major surgery a few weeks ago. This has placed an enormous emotional & financial burden on my brother and their family.
