Remi Metcalfe my 6-year-old niece had a terrible fall last night ( March 6th). She fell from a second-story window at her home in Huntington Beach California. Remi was rushed to the ER last night and is currently in the ICU monitoring her condition. We do know that several bones in her face and skull have been broken. Initial tests show she didn't have brain damage as a result of the initial fall. She is now sedated as they assess the next steps. She will likely need several surgeries and weeks in the hospital. The team of doctors is worried and they are monitoring her closely.

Brandon Metcalfe ( Remi's dad ) is self-employed and does not have great insurance. This will be very costly for them. Brandon works in the tax business and this is the busiest time of his year. He will be tending to his family during this tough time and it will dramatically affect his ability to work daily. 

If you know Brandon he is one of the most generous people I know. His family could benefit from your generosity right now.

Remi is my daughter Charlotte's best friend in the world. They have been tied at the hip since they were babies. We sure are praying for a full recovery.
