Pray for Madison Hardy
Madison is a beautiful, kind, joyful, and vibrant 5 year little girl from New Albany, Mississippi.
On Wednesday, October 14, 2020 her parents received devastating news during astay at Lebonheur Children’s Hospital. They were told she had a tumor down almost the length of her tiny spine and kidney involvement.
On Thursday, October 15, 2020 Madisonwas transferred to St Jude for a diagnosis and to begin a treatment plan. Madison’s little body has undergone biopsies and a bone marrow aspiration. She has had hours upon hours are tests and seen more than 35 doctors combined at each hospital.
On Saturday, October 17, 2020 Madison’s family heard news of B Lymphoblastic Lymphoma. They are still waiting for final answers, but this is news that allows her parents to breathe. Her parents were told “She has the best form of TREATABLE cancer!!” The next days will be spent meeting with the doctors to determine the plan ofcare that follows. They will soon meet with the oncologist who specializes in this form of childhood cancer
Right now, they are looking at minimum 6 months of intensive, extensive treatments at St Jude.
Her mother is the school nurse at the elementary where Madison had just startedher Kindergarten year.
Madison has two siblings at home who’s lives have been rocked as well. Reed, age 14, and Olivia, age 9
This family is loved by so many and any amount helps.
The money will be given directly to the family to help with medical costs and travelexpenses.
