Mackenzie Aitken had surgery on the 31st of December, the good news is that the team of doctors and nurses were able to completely clip the aneurysm that started her on this journey. The bad news is that she suffered a stroke in the process.  

Mackenzie has since been moved to a rehab hospital where she will be for the next 30 or so days.  She continues to make remarkable gains with her team at the hospital.  Her recovery is far from over.  

In addition to medical bills, the home she shares with her husband Paul and Boys is in need of some renovations to install a first floor bathroom and convert an office to a suitable first floor bedroom.  Please let come together and help this amazing lady out.
