Pray for Francis

Unfortunately Francis Penedo, father of three, grandfather of four, husband, and an amazing carpenter has suffered a stroke and has a clot on his right side of the brain that is taking away his mobility. Due to the emergency he is in the intensive care unit waiting for improvement. Him and his family need all the help and support they can get as he has no health insurance and due to the pandemic his family business had to close. As most of us know, these emergencies can get out of hand in a matter of 1 day, and unfortunately the cost of hospitalization went up, it was possible to pay a small part, but the neurologist said that he has to stay longer because of the delicate situation. We know these are difficult times for everyone, but through difficult times is when we see the good in people. We hope that together we can get Francis the help that he needs.  ESPAÑOL: Desafortunadamente, Francis Penedo, padre de tres hijos, abuelo de cuatro, esposo y un carpintero increíble, ha sufrido un derrame cerebral y tiene un coágulo en el hemisferio derecho del cerebro que le está quitando la movilidad. Debido a la emergencia y la situación delicada en la que se encuentra, está en el intensivo y esperando mejorar. Él y su familia necesitan toda la ayuda y el apoyo que puedan obtener, ya que no tiene seguro médico y debido a la pandemia su negocio familiar tuvo que cerrar. Como la mayoría de nosotros sabemos, estas emergencias pueden salirse de control en cuestión de 1 día, y desafortunadamente el costo de la hospitalización subió demasiado. Fue posible pagar una pequeña parte, pero el neurólogo dijo que tiene que quedarse más tiempo por la delicada situación. Sabemos que son tiempos difíciles para todos, pero en tiempos difíciles es cuando vemos la bondad de las personas. Esperamos que juntos podamos brindarle a Francis la ayuda que necesita.
