Prairie Teacher's room supplies

Hello!  We have created this campaign to help our fabulous Prairie* teachers.  

We discovered that their annual budget for classroom supplies was recently slashed in half from $200 to $100.  That’s right.  They have a whopping $100 to spend on classroom supplies for the year.  Let’s not get into the fact that $200 wasn’t a whole lot to start with in the first place.

We are not going to get into why or how this happened.  It doesn’t matter.   All we can do is make it right and provide them with more money so they don’t have to spend their own hard-earned money for their supplies.  

We are asking our wonderful community of Prairie parents, friends, grandparents - anybody - to donate.  

We have set our goal at $5,000.  This would give each classroom teacher an additional $200 and approximately $50 for each aide/specials teacher.  Obviously, surpassing this goal would be amazing too.

It’s simple.  We will collect as much money as we can and evenly distribute it by August 1st.  That’s it.  

We know this is an expensive time of year with summer, camps, vacations, and back to school- we appreciate anything you can donate.
