Prabha Aasra is a Home for Helpless Mentally/Physically Disabled, Orphan and Unclaimed, Missing and Destitute.

I visited the facility in December of 2019. I was so moved by the people that I felt it was my duty to do something. I asked the caretaker what I could do to help and he advised that they need beds, wheelchairs, blankets, clothing any donation to help.

The government has neglected to assist and the facilities is run strictly on donations.

I was very impressed at the sewa being done. The workers/volunteers are doing the work Guru Nanak started. I truly believe it is all our duty to help the less fortunate.

I have set up this Go fund me for a period of 2 weeks and my goal is to raise $1500.
