Judies Medical Expenses

To make a long and complicated story short,I have been dealing with various health issues since Aug. 2014.First it started with my fingers swelling to which the Doctors thought it was a virsus that had to run it's course. After numerous visits to Doctors they did not get better. In Oct. 2014 I started experiencing shortness of breath, loss of taste buds, and loss of appetite. More Doctor visits for tests including ultrasound,EKG,and a stress test, which all came back normal.I was not getting better. In Dec.2014 I went back to the Doctor again because my fingers were not getting any better and I had found a lump in my right armpit. They set me up to have an ultrasound and a biospy. The technician had asked me to roll on my side to do the biospy and he said it was hard as a rock, that it was just a bruise and he wouldn't be able to get a sample.I went home relieved that it was just a bruise. In Jan. 2015 I still wasn't getting any better, so in the middle of Jan. we ended up going to Urgent Care on a Sunday thinking I would be getting a antibiotic to take care of my fingers and ended up going home with breast cancer. Feb.13 2015 I had a lumpectomy on my right breast and went home the same day to recover for a few weeks before starting chemo. On Feb. 16 2015 I was really short of breath so we went to see a pulmonary specialist. He sent us to imaging to have my lungs checked for blood clots and I ended up being admitted to Ridgeview hospital and then transfered to Abbott Northwestern as I had developed fluid around my heart.3 more surgeries to relieve the fluid, and try to figure out my shortness of breath and a month long stay at Abbott. I'm now home on oxygen as I wait to get stronger to tolerate chemo. It humbles us to ask for help, but it's something we must do. Thank you for your support and we need your prayers as well.
