On Tuesday, April 2nd Casstiel was shot in our driveway around 1:40 in the afternoon.

Someone decided to shoot him and the bullet was aimed right between his eyes.

He survived.

A lot of you have had the pleasure of meeting Cass and almost all would say he is just the sweetest little man. I got him on a whim and he has been my absolute whole life for more than two years.

It was devastating to hear that Casstiel was shot and I was in Nashville coming back from physical therapy. I honestly didn't think I would make it back in time to see him. Thought he would pass without me there and that's the hard truth. As soon as I made it home I just fell to my knees and clung to my dog. He's been with me through everything negative in my life - just my absolute soild rock. I would be lost without him and to see what happened just tore me apart. I wouldn't wish it on any person or dog.

But through all that, Casstiel survived.

The cost to save his life is around 2,500$. That's a rough estimate and of course my family is helping, but no one knew this would happen so we're not prepared. He's saved my life after my freak accident and I just want to save his, so any and all help would be severely appreciated.
