Gail's Masterpiece

My life-long friend, Deborah Saulter, just lost her mother 2 weeks ago... Gail Saulter... or "momma Gail"; a beautiful soul who had the kindest heart, was hysterical, fun, always singing & dancing, always willing to lend a helping hand and anyone that knows Deb knows.... the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

Gail retired just 8 months ago when her health problems began to rapidly progress. More recently, she had been in & out of hospice, suffering a bad fall at home which she never truly recovered from before taking her last breath, on her 71st birthday in her daugther's loving arms.

Deb & Gail were two peas in a pod; not just mother & daughter, but best friends, roommates, confidants; it's always been just the two of them... Be it caring for each other & their health issues (Deb is chronically ill as well) & obviously her world has shaken as she tries to reconcile her grief, manage her own multi symptoms, medical bills & survive moving forward in her new reality, one day at a time.

If you're able to keep Deb in your thoughts, prayers & contribute anything for her, she (Gail & I) woud be filled with gratitude for your generousity, kindness, prayers & please know it would be greatly appreciated.

These funds will be able to help Deb catch her breath a bit.  Only being able to work PT as Deb is on Disability herself, she missed work for quite a while helping care for her mother. Cost of creamation, getting Gail's affair's in order, managing her own medical bills & affairs has been extremely difficult.

We will also be having a "Celebration of Life" in honor of Gail.... Details TBD.   We welcome any stories, photos and/or videos to be shared.  Please contact either myself or Deb for further details but will update GFM as soon as we know more.

Momma Gail, I know you're no longer in pain, singing, dancing... grateful you had the amazing traveling adventures with your daughter meeting new friends from abroad.

You will forever be missed by us all. We were blessed having the privlidge to know you & your kind loving heart.  Thanks for the laughs, hospitality & memories. May you rest In Peace. xo
