We are raising money to repair our 3G Astro Turf Pitch to keep football affordable for children, adults, schools and our wider community. We are proud to be one of the lowest-cost clubs and pitch hires in the borough, we rely on your support to stay that way. Your donation helps protect our youth programme, adult football sessions, and our clubhouse - a vital local space used for private functions and community events. Every donation helps us protect this space and keep football accessible for all!
For over 25 years, Princes Park Youth Football Club has been a place where young people from every background can play, grow and belong. Based in West Hendon, we believe every child deserves access to football, not just those who can afford it. But now, we need your help.
What we're raising money for -
Our 3G Astro pitch is used 7 days a week by:
- Boys' and girls' youth teams aged 4-18
- Adult grassroots and recreational football groups
- Local schools and community programmes
- Charities and social inclusion projects
Our clubhouse is also a vital part of our community:
- Available for private functions and family celebrations
- Discounted hire for schools and community groups
- Safe and positive space for young people to thrive
- A welcoming space for parents, volunteers and local residents
- A community hub at the heart of West Hendon
- A place where families from all backgrounds come together
After years of heavy use, the pitch needs essential maintenance to remain safe, high quality and fully accessible. Replacement and upkeep of floodlighting and safety equipment is also vital. To keep our pitch open and registration fees low, we need to raise £6,000 towards this refurbishment.
Why this matters;
We are a registered charity, run with the commitment to:
- Keep young people active, safe and supported
- Reduce barriers caused by inequality and cost of living challenges
- Help children build confidence, resilience and lifelong friendships
- Offer low-cost 3G hire so adults can continue playing the sport they love
- Maintain an affordable venue for local events and celebrations
Without this funding, rising costs would force us to increase prices - putting pressure on families and potentially pricing out those who rely on us most. We do not want that future.
Every contribution makes a difference - whether its £5 or £100. If our club has supported your child, school, family or local community, please consider donating and sharing our campaign. Together we can keep Princes Park Youth FC a place for everyone and anyone!
From all players, parents, coaches and volunteers at PPYFC - Thank you for helping us keep grassroots football alive. Together we can protect this pitch and everything it stands for.
