please  assist this  man  to relocate  his boat to la belle and    restart  life after a horrific   disaster occurred  in his life. 
he needs medications he cannot afford   so he can hold a job, and he needs to relocate away from a  ghetto in which he was assaulted via a pet,  resulting in fear for his life.  please send   what is affordable.  not much is needed to restart his  life in a positive direction. thankyou for your support.
