Needing Funds to get Biggie to an emergency vet.

We got biggie the Friday after Thanksgiving, from very vague owners.

He has not ate the past two days, he’s drinking a TON of water, his belly is very, very bloated and hard as a rock, and his breathing is labored. I thought this was normal bulldog breathing but after speaking to a couple people about it, I’m assuming this is congestive heart failure and an emergency vet visit is needed!

im so scared for what the future holds. We JUST got him and he is new to our family and our other English bulldog LOVES him to death. Anything is appreciated.
