Hi, I m Cynthia. Miguel is my brother. He was beaten and shot multiple times last week on Friday, September 10th in broad daylight in Elmwood Park, Illinois. He was rushed to the hospital with only 10% chance of living. We still don't know who did this to him. We need find them and bring them to Justice. He has undergone 3 major surgeries, kidney, liver, both intestines, and his stomach. He has another and hopefully his last, today on his arm. He was on a ventilator for 5 days and finally got taken off yesterday. He is on plenty of pain medication and is still on a lot of pain. We are very happy that he has progressed so well and so quickly. He will need help with his medical expenses. On behalf of my family and myself, please help. Every dollar helps.
